These are just so cool! All covered, front and back, with a neat inlay of mother-of-pearl and purpley abalone! I have never had any like this before! So much work to make these, I’m sure! they both have a little hole at the center back, where there is no inlay.. I’d imagine this is where they were attached to some sort of rod so that the maker could work on the front. Also, they are pictured without backs, but I will add well-fitting, appropriate backs to them. They are about 1.25″ across. Just spectacular!
