What a gorgeous older ring! By the looks of the design, I’d say it’s probably from the 1950’s to the 1980′, but it’s a very mid-century sort of minimalist style. In the photos you’ll notice a little fleck on the bottom left of the blue stone.. at first I thought that was a flaw, but looking through my loupe, I believe it’s just a larger gold fleck as is common in lapis lazuli. It’s in excellent condition. A couple of the lines on one side of the stone appear to have been not etched quite as deeply… you’ll see what I mean in the photos, I think. It is marked STERLING inside. Please see photos for more information, including the size of the setting.
