What a gorgeous Kunio Matsumoto vintage bracelet! Very clear signature, no wear to speak of on the metal or the lucite. Full disclosure: When I got this, the white part didn’t match up well with the metal part, so I soaked it for a minute or so in hot tap water and very gently squeezed the lucite part and held it so that when it cooled, it would match up, and now it does! The little metal knob that is supposed to fit into the matching hole on the lucite doesn’t like to stay in, but that is something that would have likely happened when this was new, and the hinge is still strong and the bracelet stays on perfectly. I will price this much lower than I would have if I didn’t have to make it fit. You can do the same with hot water, but just don’t leave it in there long, and not very hot water, just hot from the tap. Also immediately dry the metal parts and hinge, so there isn’t any chance of rust. Metal is in great shape! Please see photos for more details. This bracelet looks beautiful and wears beautifully!
