This is neat! It’s a lariat necklace, with stones at the center, and shiny gold-tone chain tassels on each end. Signed by Lucky Star Jewels. You can drape it like in the first photo, or tie it, etc. This is from a pretty high-end boutique jewelry brand in Scottsdale, AZ. There is a tag on it, but no price or info… not sure if that was a sticker that was removed, or what… Does not look like this necklace has ever been worn! Just gorgeous!
