Now this is an interesting piece! It’s heavy, 36.7g solid sterling silver, with hallmarks that say JW, with an anchor and lowercase letter D. This is by Josiah Wedgewood, made in Birmingham, England, and the lowercase letter d places the date at 2003. A very rare, neat, modernist piece! The little squares on either side are Wedgwood pottery squares! They are in shades of gray and black. A very rare, unusual piece! It is 7.25″ around the inside, including the gap, which is just about 1.25″.
