This is a truly unusual find! I’m not sure which way it’s supposed to go on your finger, but either way is not terribly erognomic, as it is an odd shape that’s wider at one end. I thought it might be sterling, but I tested it and it is not. The pretty openwork/scrollwork makes this look quite old, but I’m not sure of its age. Please see photos for more details.
