This is a really cool vintage item! Beautiful enamel work on the state of Maine seal! It has been worn, but is in good shape. The front is lovely! The back has a bit of rust and the clip moves around a bit, but still works. Marked GA-REL PROV., R.I. Please see photos for more information!
